ATTUNE: Autumn — Harmonize Body and Soul with the Season at Hand
As autumn arrives and the days grow shorter, we invite you into an afternoon of attunement, deep nourishment, and creative renewal. This workshop weaves together movement, Chinese medicine, sound healing, and creative expression to harmonize body, mind, and spirit with the energy of the season.
According to the Taoist lunar calendar, each month energizes a particular channel in the body, reflecting nature’s rhythms. Between October 21 and November 11, 2025, the pericardium channel is replete and energized, encouraging us to live open-heartedly, share and safeguard our heart’s truth, and stay loyal to our deepest purpose.
In this seasonal workshop, you will:
Learn about the unique energy of autumn’s lunar cycle & how to live in harmony with it
Practice Qi Gong movement and breath to circulate energy
Engage in contemplative writing and creative expression
Receive instruction and practice specific self acupoint therapy aligned with the season
Experience sound healing for integration and expansion
Please come in loose, comfortable clothing and bring a journal, a water bottle, and an open heart.
Together, we will “attune” ourselves to nature’s wisdom—clearing what no longer serves, cultivating vitality, and remembering ourselves as part of the great symphony of life.
