We all know that in today’s world, work moves fast. Teams are moving from one project to the next. Emails, slack messages, and texts are all tracked on multiple screens. We’re so grateful for these modern tools that make all of this possible, and we’re also left with the need for a nervous system reset in order for deeper creativity to surface - the kind of ideas that often make the biggest impact in the company.

These Corporate Wellness Experiences are designed to help teams slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their creative focus.

These sessions bring together elements of sound healing, gentle movement, and mindfulness to help people feel more grounded, energized, and ready to work with clarity.

They can be folded into a special day at the office, or utilized as a meaningful offsite activity.

We had the joy of working with Elana. Her sound offering was incredibly well received by our community. She and her collaborator had a great sensitivity to one another and offered a beautiful soundscape for our Breast Cancer “thrivers” to journey in peace & contemplation.
— Eileen Moran, Director of Programs at You Can Thrive!

Elana creates a space that is deeply nourishing and transformative for our community. The combination of sound, bodywork, and creative exploration offers our mentoring team and teaching community the opportunity to engage in introspective work that supports them in carrying out the critical work they do, feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and full of joy. We look forward to her next workshop!

About Elana

Elana Bell is a poet, sound practitioner, and creative guide whose work sits at the intersection of creativity, embodiment, and personal transformation.

She holds a certification in Sound and Music Integration from the New York Open Center’s Sound and Music Institute and leads one-on-one and group Sacred Sound Journeys that combine tuning forks, voice, the Monolina, and other therapeutic instruments. Her sessions support participants in dropping into deep states of calm, releasing tension, and opening the creative channel—an approach that has proven especially valuable in high-stress professional environments.

Elana is the co-founder of HOME, a virtual and in-person sacred sound experience based in the Hudson Valley, NY. Her sound and creative facilitation work has been presented by The Origins Company, Columbia University, You Can Thrive, The Assemblage, The Shift Network, Public Allies, and The Emotional Institute, among others.

In addition to her sound healing training, Elana brings over two decades of creative and artistic practice to her work. She currently teaches poetry to first year acting students at The Juilliard School and sings with the Resistance Revival Chorus, a collective of women and non-binary musicians bringing the power of joy and song to movements for justice.

She is an award-winning poet and seasoned facilitator with extensive experience guiding writing, embodiment, and creative expression workshops. Elana has trained with master teachers across disciplines—poetry, voicework, improvisation, somatic awareness, and contemplative arts—cultivating a toolkit that helps individuals reconnect to clarity, intuition, and imaginative problem-solving. This blend of artistic depth and somatic practice uniquely positions her to support organizations seeking to nurture well-being, resilience, and innovation in their teams.
